SHIPPING POLICY — Fox Fur Homes Last updated: June 2026

1. Where We Ship We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding to international destinations — stay tuned! 🌍

2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

4. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@munlish.co.uk or via live chat. We'll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Fox Fur Homes cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
