Our Promise to You At Fox Fur Homes, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right — quickly and without fuss.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used baby feeding products
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at info@munlish.co.uk.
Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item with a photo and your order number.
UK Consumer Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
